Energy Based Healing
Counter

Currently, many people are familiar with energy medicine when
they receive acupuncture, homeopathy, shiatsu, or use flower
remedies.  Here the emphasis is on “”Hands on Therapies” from
the  Tibetan,  Reiki, and western traditions.

These wisdoms have been handed down from generations to
generations of medicine people to current healers because of their
effectiveness, and enjoyment.  They are designed to promote
healing on many levels and facilitate deep relaxation.  The body,
mind and spirit are nourished and refreshed.

Sessions usually begin with the clearing and cleaning of the energy
field and some breathe work.  This prepares the body and mind to
receive a deeper healing. Massage, trigger Pt. therapy, myo-fascial
techniques, Reiki,  Tuning Forks and Flower Essences are utilized
to create a steady, smooth, positive flow of energy.  Areas that
were blocked, congested, tense or depleted become opened,
    refined and energized.

trained in Yoga, Swedish Massage,  Travel’s Trigger Pt. Therapy,
MyoFacsial Release, and Thai Massage.  In 2003, she completed a
three year course in Cranio-Sacral Therapy.  Since then she has
continued to study different appoaches to bodywork that utilize her
cranio-sacral therapy skills with the principles and practices of
Energy Based Healing ( Reiki and Nomena).
As a Reiki and Nomena  practitioner  she has received and
continues to receive attunements to strengthen and refine the level
of healing energy channeled for treatments.  Attunements change
the polarity of the system so that it can carry more energy.
In addition to bodywork she has a deep understanding for how
nutrition and food choices can support health and cultivate energy
and vitality.  Our bodies constantly strive to heal and renew
themselves on a cellular level.   With the environment we live in and
the modern foods we eat it is difficult to do this.  She can assist you
to find workable ways to improve your vitality with choices that can
    make a BIG difference.
